Are the pumps genuine and warranty-backed?
We supply genuine units from established pump brands, and they carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
How do I choose the right pump?
Tell us your head (lift height), flow rate, power supply and application (borehole, booster, drainage, sewage, etc.). Our team will size the right pump and any spares for you — use the “Request a quote” button.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes — we carry a wide range of spares (seals, impellers, control units and more). If a part isn’t listed online, contact us; we can source most pump lines.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
We confirm accepted payment methods and issue a proforma invoice when we quote. Prices on the site are shown in Zambian Kwacha (K).
